Ladarius Green ruled out for AFC wild-card game against the Dolphins

The Steelers will play the AFC wild-card game against the Dolphins today without tight end Ladarius Green, who was deactivated 90 minutes before kickoff. Green was listed as questionable. He suffered a concussion in a Dec. 18 game in Cincinnati, but he had practiced Wednesday and Thursday.

Without Green, the Steelers will use tight ends Jesse James and Xavier Grimble in bigger roles. Grimble is active after missing the regular-season finale against the Browns with a rib injury. He sustained the injury against the Ravens on Christmas day.

The Dolphins have injury concerns of their own entering the game.
