The Kenny Pickett era for the Las Vegas Raiders appears set to commence in Week 14.
Pickett, who was traded to the Raiders ahead of the start of the season after spending the offseason and training camp with the Cleveland Brown, finds himself in line to start for the Raiders as starting quarterback Geno Smith is dealing with an injury.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Pickett is “in line” to start on Sunday against, ironically, the Philadelphia Eagles, if Smith cannot go. According to Rapoport, Smith is “unlikely” to play on Sunday with the shoulder injury
