The Pittsburgh Steelers didn’t play perfectly on defense against the Baltimore Ravens. But they got it done when things mattered most, particularly in the secondary. The season hasn’t gone according to plan for that unit, but we’ve seen some names lower on the depth chart, like Brandin Echols, stepping up in big moments throughout the season. Speaking Monday, Joey Porter Jr. had praise for Echols.
“He’s been making plays all season. We all believe in BE [Echols]. ‘Cause he’s gonna make his plays, he’s gonna stand out. We just love the energy and the juice he brings, the swagger he brings to the team,” Porter said via Steelers.
