Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow doesn’t sound like he is having lots of fun this season—and that, apparently, is a problem. Now in his sixth season, the Pro Bowler has certainly experienced his ups and downs. After nearly winning a Super Bowl early in his career, however, the playoffs feel like a distant memory.
Injuries have been a defining thread throughout Burrow’s career. He has experienced three major injuries already, each costing him significant playing time. This season alone, he missed nine games, and the Bengals’ season is on life support. The problem is, they lost without him mainly because of their defense.
