Former Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger sent a stray verbal bullet in OL Kendrick Green’s direction, and his former teammate noticed. It was hard not to, since Roethlisberger’s comment went a bit viral, but Green took it in stride. Noting the moves the Steelers made for Aaron Rodgers in potentially his final season, Roethlisberger offered a comical aside.
“I still think it’s funny”, Roethlisberger said on his Footbahlin podcast, “because they’re giving Aaron [Rodgers] DK [Metcalf], all these things, and I got a center that never played center before [in] my last year. It’s amazing”.
Eventually, Green saw the comment Roethlisberger made on his podcast.
