‘It’s Doable:’ Matt Hasselbeck Once Played Through ‘Exact Same’ Injury As Aaron Rodgers

The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals Sunday, but that win didn’t come without cost. Aaron Rodgers suffered a wrist injury near the end of the first half, and that caused him to miss the entire second half. He’s reportedly still undergoing tests to determine if he’ll need surgery, so it’s unclear if he’ll miss any time. However, former NFL quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has experience with this injury, and he’s not ruling Rodgers out of any action.

“I dealt with this exact same thing,” Hasselbeck said Monday on FS1’s The Herd. “Two scenarios: either he has to have surgery or he doesn’t.
