It's a no-fish zone for Pittsburgh restaurant chain in lead-up to Steelers-Dolphins game

In a show of Steelers solidarity, Primanti Brothers is barring any sales of its popular fish sandwiches this weekend, in advance of Sunday’s AFC playoff game against the Miami Dolphins.

The “ban on fish” begins today at the nearly 20 Primanti’s locations in the Pittsburgh area.

“I’ve made a lot of sandwiches in my time. With a game against the Dolphins on the line, I just couldn’t bring myself to serve any fish. It just doesn’t feel right,” said Primanti’s chef Tony Haggerty.

Nevermind that dolphins are actually marine mammals. After all, this is all about the black-and-gold.
