With LT Dan Moore Jr. ruled out of yesterday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens with a knee injury, it set up rookie OT Broderick Jones to log his first start of his NFL career.
Jones saw most of the action against the Houston Texans the previous week as Moore when down with the injury eight plays into the game, thrusting Jones into the lineup early on the first quarter. While Jones basically played the full game against the Texans, he mentioned that he noticed a real difference between being named the starter versus being thrown into the fire off the bench like he was a week ago.
