The Pittsburgh Steelers’ season almost got derailed in Week 16 against the Detroit Lions. It wasn’t because they almost lost the game. The real fallout was the altercation between DK Metcalf and a fan. That led to Metcalf being suspended for the final two games of the regular season. The Steelers’ offense struggled without him. It looked like Pittsburgh was going to lose its playoff spot because of that. However, they hung on, and now, Mike Tomlin is ready to move past Metcalf’s blunder.
“He’s sick about it,” Tomlin said Wednesday on The Rich Eisen Show.
