It didn’t take Willie Colon long to figure out what the NFL was all about. A star at tiny Hofstra University, a school no longer with a football program, Colon was making a big jump to the professional leagues. Where everyone is bigger, stronger, faster, and definitely hits harder. Colon shared the story about one of his first “welcome to the NFL” moments coming in a game he wasn’t even dressed for.
