When the Pittsburgh Steelers acquired wide receiver DK Metcalf in the offseason and shipped George Pickens to Dallas, all eyes turned to Metcalf as the new number one receiver in the offense. Through eleven games, Metcalf has had flashes, but as the offense has struggled to push the ball down the field, he has struggled to put up consistent numbers. Analyst Greg Cosell suggested that Metcalf hasn’t meshed yet with Aaron Rodgers.
“I don’t really see it right now. I don’t think they’re comfortable together,” Cosell said this week on the One Bills Live show as they were previewing this week’s Buffalo Bills game in Pittsburgh.
