DK Metcalf is the newest WR1 for the Pittsburgh Steelers. While there’s a lot of youth filling out the receiver position, not a lot of it has a track record. Thus, Metcalf is going to see a boatload of targets from Aaron Rodgers. Those only work out if the two players are on the same page, though. That’s something Metcalf doesn’t have a timetable for.
“I don’t think there’s a timetable on chemistry,” Metcalf said while answering questions after Thursday’s training camp practice. “… We have to make sure we iron out all the details about, you know, route depth, or how I release, or how I want to catch the ball running, and everything.
