The Steelers’ plan against the Browns’ defense didn’t exactly work flawlessly, but Merril Hoge believes they can learn from it against the Texans. Like every other team in the NFL, the Steelers have a “Myles Garrett plan”. While Houston doesn’t have Myles Garrett, it does have Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr.
Between the two of them, they had 27 sacks this season. That was more than half of the Texans’ total, so the Steelers certainly have to be wary of them. But perhaps they can take some things that they did in Cleveland and apply it Monday night.
