While Kaleb Johnson has seen some bad luck when he runs the ball, the fact is he is starting to see more opportunities. And his fellow running backs are all for it, with Jaylen Warren talking up his young teammate’s cameo appearance yesterday.
Johnson played seven snaps yesterday against the Bengals, essentially coinciding with Warren’s brief absence due to in-game injury. Officially, he recorded five carries, picking up 15 yards. As has been the case in previous games, however, his best run was called back due to a penalty. This one was his fault, though, Johnson flagged for a facemask penalty.
