The Pittsburgh Steelers are finally opting for radical change on offense after more than a month of futility. With Adam Thielen freshly claimed on Tuesday and Marquez Valdes-Scantling elevated from the practice squad for the first time, both receivers are expected to play real roles against the Baltimore Ravens today, per FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer.
“They just had Adam Thielen obviously he just joined the team this past week. He’s gonna play a lot today. Depending on personnel groupings, could end up even starting,” Glazer said on FOX NFL Kickoff. “Also, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, he signed to the active roster this week, so two receivers in this week that have not been at all for the Pittsburgh Steelers and they’re gonna play a lot against the Ravens.
