It may be unlikely that the Rooney family fires head coach Mike Tomlin outright, but there is more than one way to crack an egg. There is no doubt that change needs to occur after this disaster of a 2025 season. If ownership forces change, it will either chart a new and better path forward that includes Tomlin, or make things uncomfortable enough for him to force a split.
