The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense has been tough to watch for much of the last few years. That unit has routinely been among the NFL’s worst. While the Steelers made a few big offseason moves to try to bolster their offense, it’s still been very inconsistent. However, that group has started to catch fire recently. Former NFL offensive lineman Alex Boone believes that unlocking Darnell Washington could really elevate that group.
“If Steelers play the Bills [in the playoffs] and they can get this run game going, you can just throw it to Washington and watch him run over DBs,” Boone said recently on his OLine Committee podcast.
