The job of an NFL kicker is pretty straightforward. Kick the ball through the uprights on field goals, and don’t kick it out of bounds on kickoffs. A simple but far from easy job. After all, Baltimore’s Tyler Loop kicking a ball out of bounds, and missing a last-second field goal are two main reasons the Pittsburgh Steelers’ season is still alive. However, some are starting to wonder about the Steelers’ own kicker, Chris Boswell.
For years, Boswell has been as reliable as it gets. He’s money from long distance, never has any kickoff gaffes, and doesn’t add any extra stress to the game.
