Jack Sawyer hasn’t been with the Steelers for long, just the summer workouts and the first couple of weeks of training camp. However, according to Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo, he’s already starting to make his presence felt.
“I am really impressed with Jack Sawyer,” Fittipaldo said on the North Shore Drive podcast on Monday. “That is a clear upgrade, depth-wise, over what they’ve had the last couple of years. To me, he’s looking like he’s a guy who could potentially, down the road, be a starter for this football team… He just fits the bill. He looks like a Steelers player.
