Film Room: Kenneth Gainwell Wins As Versatile Chess Piece Against Dolphins

The Pittsburgh Steelers signed RB Kenneth Gainwell this offseason to a one-year, $1.79 million contract, giving them a proven receiving back who many thought would provide depth behind Jaylen Warren and rookie Kaleb Johnson.

With three games left in the regular season, Gainwell has gone from an offseason afterthought to potentially the Steelers’ offensive MVP, getting it done yet again as both a rusher and receiver against the Miami Dolphins in a 28-15 win on Monday night.

Gainwell stole the show on offense for Pittsburgh against Miami. He carried the ball 13 times for 80 yards (6.
