Coming off a loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 13, Pittsburgh Steelers team captain Cameron Heyward preached accountability from the players, adding that nobody should have felt they played well in that loss and that they needed to fix the problems themselves.
Those comments came after fans booed throughout the second half with accompanying chants to fire head coach Mike Tomlin. Heyward, being a great leader that he is, stood up and faced the music.
And on Sunday in the Week 14 win over the Baltimore Ravens on the road, Heyward did what great leaders also do: let his play do the talking, leading by example.
