Eli Rogers At Facility Today, Still Hopeful He Will Be Re-Signed

There are varying levels of degrees of concern when it comes to the Pittsburgh Steelers‘ wide receivers following the team’s decision to trade Martavis Bryant earlier this offseason. At the moment, two of their top three wide receivers project to have a combined 15 games of playing experience, including the postseason, those being JuJu Smith-Schuster and rookie James Washington.

One relatively easy way that the Steelers would be able to add some veteran depth to the group would be to re-sign wide receiver Eli Rogers, who suffered a torn ACL in the team’s playoff loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in January.
