With Mike Tomlin stepping down as head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers after 19 years at the helm, the franchise finds itself in a bit of disarray for the time being, especially after another ugly Wild Card loss under Tomlin’s guidance.
Though Pittsburgh now has an opening at head coach, it doesn’t mean the rest of the coaching staff will change. At least, that’s what the Post-Gazette’s Gerry Dulac says.
“Don’t assume Mike Tomlin’s departure means the Steelers will implode the coaching staff. They kept Dick LeBeau, Bruce Arians, Keith Butler and others when Tomlin was hired after Bill Cowher retired,” Dulac said on Twitter/X Tuesday afternoon.
