Former NFL GM Doug Whaley tightened his a bit too much while floating a theory that Mike Tomlin may have taken over defensive play calling.
“I thought I saw, and I wanted to ask you guys, did you guys see Coach Tomlin with a call sheet in his hands?” Whaley said Wednesday on 93.7 The Fan’s Morning Show. “I thought I saw something like a defensive call sheet. And maybe he has started to get a little more involved in not only the planning but the actual execution of the defense during game day.
