Clark ranks just ahead of referee Brad Allen, who, along with his crew, has only called 105 penalties this season.
Clark didn’t work in Week 14, but he did work the Week 13 Sunday Night Football matchup between the Washington Commanders and Denver Broncos. Clark has not worked a Steelers game nor a Dolphins game this season. The last Steelers game he worked came in the team’s home win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 14 last season.
