The Miami Dolphins made multiple roster moves ahead of their Week 15 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers tonight, as the team signed LB Quinton Bell to the active roster off the practice squad and elevated OT Kion Smith off the practice squad. In a corresponding move, the team waived LB Andre Carter II.
