Several Pittsburgh Steelers have faced their former team this season. That includes DK Metcalf against the Seattle Seahawks and Aaron Rodgers against the New York Jets and Green Bay Packers. Some of those meetings have gone better than others. However, leading up to them, those players didn’t make a big deal out of their “revenge games.” Minkah Fitzpatrick is taking that same approach as the Miami Dolphins prepare to play the Steelers Monday night in Pittsburgh. However, Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver knows how much this game means to Fitzpatrick.
“I know deep inside, regardless of what he says, it would mean a lot to him if we walk off the field with that win,” Weaver said Friday via Sun Sentinel’s David Furones on Twitter.
