DK Metcalf was the Pittsburgh Steelers’ first big acquisition during this past offseason. The Steelers dealt a second-round pick to the Seattle Seahawks in return for the wide receiver. They also gave him a massive contract extension, showing their faith in him. Unfortunately, Metcalf hasn’t lived up to that price tag for most of this season. However, he’s been on a hot streak recently. That includes his recent production, tallying three catches for 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 15. His dominant performance has given former All-Pro receiver Dez Bryant some faith in the Steelers.
“The DK Metcalf I saw last night is the DK Metcalf who’s going to give the Steelers a chance to be playing the Rams in the Super Bowl,” Bryant wrote Tuesday on Twitter.
