The Pittsburgh Steelers have a history of drafting and developing quality wide receivers. Also, those players tend to have less success after Pittsburgh has moved on from them. However, George Pickens is bucking that trend. The Steelers traded him to the Dallas Cowboys for essentially just a third-round pick this offseason. They felt comfortable making that move after trading for DK Metcalf. Chris Simms thinks that was a mistake, though.
“DK Metcalf is not George Pickens,” Simms said Wednesday on the Pro Football Talk podcast. “DK Metcalf is really good. He is not George Pickens.
