The Pittsburgh Steelers held off the Baltimore Ravens for a gutsy 27-22 win to take sole possession of the AFC North. The way they accomplished that, at least on offense, was by finally getting the deep-ball monkey off their back, and that started on the first play from Aaron Rodgers to DK Metcalf.
Rodgers praised his top receiver in an on-field interview with Tracy Wolfson on the CBS broadcast after the game.
“It was important the way they set the tone for the week,” Rodgers said of his receiving corps, which included two newcomers to the group.
