‘Didn’t Appear Out Of Place’: PFF Praises Derrick Harmon For Debut Performance

After missing the first two weeks of the season due to a knee injury suffered in the preseason finale, Pittsburgh Steelers’ prized rookie first-round pick Derrick Harmon made his debut in Week 3 against the New England Patriots in Foxboro.

The Oregon product and a key piece of the defensive line moving forward did not disappoint.

Harmon recorded his first career sack, taking down Patriots’ quarterback Drake Maye in the first quarter, and finished with two tackles. He did miss one tackle in his debut, but outside of that the powerful first-round pick acquitted himself well to the NFL game.
