Devin Bush Found Not Guilty Of Assaulting Girlfriend

Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Devin Bush has been found not guilty over charges of assaulting his girlfriend stemming from a May arrest. Per the Trib’s Justin Vellucci, a judge acquitted Bush of the charges that included simple assault and harassment.

From the Trib:

“Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Bruce Beemer ruled that Bush was not guilty of simple assault or harassment. He said prosecutors Tuesday failed to prove Bush had the intent to harm or injure Leka, the mother of the couple’s 3-year-old daughter.”

The alleged incident began over a fight involving a container of leftover mashed potatoes.
