DeShon Elliott Injured Against Packers

Pittsburgh Steelers S DeShon Elliott was injured in the third quarter of the team’s Week 8 game against the Green Bay Packers. Following a 59-yard catch-and-run by TE Tucker Kraft in the third quarter, Elliott got rolled up on awkwardly after the play and came up limping. He was tended to by trainers on the field.

If Elliott can’t return to the game, it will be the second Steelers’ defender who suffered an injury, as DL Daniel Ekuale is out for the remainder of the game. Per ESPN’s Brooke Pryor, Elliott was unable to put any weight on his lower right leg after the injury.
