The NFL likes to leave the Week 18 schedule up in the air to maximize TV ratings with important games in the most prominent time slots. There are too many teams resting starters with nothing to play for to risk having an uninteresting game in the final week of the season. Because of that, we can expect some delays in getting the Week 18 schedule.
