Cory Trice Jr. Feels Like He Can Be ‘Top Corner’ In NFL ‘For A Long Time’

Cory Trice Jr.’s career hasn’t had the smoothest start. Originally a 2023 seventh-round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers, Trice had a lot of potential. He’s got a rare blend of size and athleticism. However, injuries caused him to fall in the draft. That issue has followed him into the NFL, too. In his first two seasons, Trice only played in six games. This season, he’s yet to play due to another injury. Despite that, Trice is confident in his future in the league.

“Yeah, I feel like I can prove myself to be a starter, to be a top corner in this league for a long time,” Trice said Wednesday via the team’s website.
