This past week, former Steelers safety Ryan Clark’s take on his former head coach, Mike Tomlin, made serious head waves with criticism of the lead man in black and gold. Clark said, “Tomlin should coach in another organization and be a fresh voice somewhere else.”
Fox Sports 1’s Colin Cowherd, host of “The Herd” doubled down on those comments, calling Tomlin “outdated.”
Cowherd alluded to Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell, Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, and Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay turning their offensive line around in an offseason, while it’s taken Tomlin the better part of 8 years.
