Chris Hubbard, a valuable member of the Steelers offensive line the past four years, will sign a contract with the Browns when the new league year begins Wednesday. Hubbard, an unrestricted free agent, will sign for $37.5 million over five years.

Hubbard started 10 games at right tackle last season, but with starting tackles Marcus Gilbert and Alejandro Villanueva signed to long-term deals, the Steelers could not afford to keep Hubbard, who received $18 million in guaranteed money.
