Chickillo facing multiple charges after alleged incident with girlfriend

Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo was arrested by Uniontown Pennsylvania State Police in Fayette County on simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment charges allegedly involving his girlfriend.

A source told WTAE's Jim Madalinsky the incident took place at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. A $10,000 bail has been set for Chickillo, and a preliminary hearing has been set for Oct. 30.

Steelers Director of Communications Burt Lauten offered the following statement on the matter:
