Turning to a third different starting left tackle late in the season should have been detrimental for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but the insertion of former undrafted free agent Dylan Cook into the starting lineup in Week 15 against the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football proved to be more of a stabilizing move than a disastrous one.
Cook, who was a quarterback in college at Montana before transitioning to offensive tackle, has played well after taking over for the injured Andrus Peat, who was playing in place of the injured Broderick Jones.
Now, he finds himself staring down another daunting task against the Houston Texans and their star pass-rush tandem of Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr.
