The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals last matched up in Week 7 on Thursday Night Football. It led to a wild game, and a bad loss for the Black and Gold. That 33-31 loss to the Bengals on the road kick-started a bit of a downward spiral for the Steelers.
They couldn’t contain Ja’Marr Chase, and Joe Flacco threw for 342 yards and three touchdowns just a few short days after being traded to Cincinnati.
Now, the Steelers know what to expect and should be able to correct some of the issues they had, like being unable to stop the run and having far too many communication issues in the secondary leading to Chase’s massive night.
