The Second United States Circuit Court of Appeals announced today that they would not be hearing Tom Brady’s request to over-turn his four-game suspension imposed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. For all intents and purposes this puts our long, national nightmare known as “Deflategate” to an end. Or does it?
