Quarterbacks in the NFL can have all the potential in the world, but it doesn’t matter unless they are coached well and given proper guidance. Every year, quarterbacks come out of the draft and analysts talk about their strengths and compare them to other starting quarterbacks, but many times, they never reach that potential. Sometimes, like in the case of famous draft bust Jamarcus Russell, the player is at fault for not putting their best foot forward and taking the NFL seriously.
