“I know he wants to be out there every play, but I’ve watched him accept his role and go out there and make the most of his plays,” Cam told reporters Thursday via the team’s website.
Connor Heyward’s role has been niche and as Pittsburgh loaded up on tight ends, his offensive value has shrunk.
