Steelers outside linebacker Bud Dupree received a second opinion on his injured shoulder after missing the season opener in Cleveland. After getting new information from doctors Dupree said he is hopeful he can return to the lineup Sunday when the Steelers play host to the Vikings at Heinz Field.

“We sent it to a second opinion,” Dupree said. “It was more than what [was originally diagnosed]. This week I’ll be able to deal with the pain.”

Dupree, who was limited in practice Wednesday, said he injured his shoulder last week when he ran into offensive lineman David DeCastro during a drill.
