The decision by the Cleveland Browns to trade veteran quarterback Joe Flacco within the AFC North to the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday was a surprise, considering the Browns don’t have a veteran presence at quarterback behind rookie Dillon Gabriel now.
It was a decision that caught head coach Kevin Stefanski off guard, too.
Speaking with reporters Wednesday ahead of the Week 6 matchup on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Stefanski says he was taken by surprise with the Flacco trade, and is unsure of the decision at QB2 entering the AFC North battle on the road.
