For the second-straight season, Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is turning over play-calling duties to another member of his coaching staff. Exiting the team’s bye week, Stefanski told reporters that offensive coordinator Tommy Rees will be the team’s play caller in Week 9 against the New York Jets.
“He’s more than capable,” Stefanski said via Browns beat reporter Zac Jackson.
