Mike Tomlin is reportedly stepping away from the Pittsburgh Steelers after 19 years as the team’s head coach, per Adam Schefter on X. The team had a meeting at 2:00 PM ET where he reportedly informed the team of his decision.

There was never more smoke about a Tomlin departure than the last couple of months when it became known that he had a 2027 team option baked into his contract.
