The Buffalo Bills have signed veteran WR Brandin Cooks to their 53-man roster, the team announced Tuesday. Cooks became a free agent this week after being waived by the New Orleans Saints over the weekend. Despite the Pittsburgh Steelers needing more out of their receivers, the team seemingly did not pursue Cooks.
Instead, the Steelers will face Cooks and the Bills this weekend.

Still a speedster even into his 30s, Cooks will have a chance to make an impact.
