While it’s still unlikely Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow will face the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday, there’s now a non-zero chance that will occur. Per the team, Burrow is returning to practice and the Bengals are opening his 21-day day window to rejoin the 53-man roster.
Per the team, he will practice Monday on a limited basis.

Coming off a Week 10 bye, Cincinnati has a “bonus” day of practice that’s allowing Burrow to hit the field early in the week.
