People are once again asking why the Ravens stopped running Derrick Henry against the Steelers, including Ben Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger retired years before Henry arrived in Baltimore, but he doesn’t understand, either. The Ravens attempted less than 10 runs in the second half, despite never trailing by more than three points.
“I feel like their offensive coordinator, play caller, is like, our best coach. It baffles me, too”, Roethlisberger said on his Footbahlin podcast when discussing how Ravens used Derrick Henry in the second half. He said it felt like Baltimore controlled the ball in the first half, largely on the ground.
